At Amaris Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
